Leicester are one of three Premier League teams to start the new season with nine points in their first three games. On Sunday, the Foxes look to pick up their fourth straight win to start the season when they play West Ham at King Power Stadium. The Hammers have three points in their first three games of the season.
After last season’s collapse following the restart, manager Brandan Rodgers has got his team off to an incredible start. Leicester has scored 12 goals in their first three games, including five in their victory over Manchester City last weekend. Jamie Vardy is off to a terrific start as he chases a second straight golden boot. Vardy is tied for the Premier League lead with five goals this season.
Timothy Castagne was Leicester’s top signing in the transfer market. The Belgian full-back has been a great addition for the Foxes, scoring once and adding two assists in the first three games of the season. Both players will play a key role for Leicester as they look to maintain their position at the top of the table.
After losing their first two games of the season, West Ham bounced back in a big way. In one of the most surprising results of the young season, the Hammers defeated Wolves 4-0. Jarrod Bowen had one of the best games of his career, scoring twice against Wolves. West Ham will look to build on the success of their last game, with Bowen and Sebastian Haller leading the attack for the Hammers.
