It may be in a different location, but LSU football is still a better team than Missouri football.
Even though these SEC Tigers rarely play each other on the football field, it’s even rarer to have the game change locations on us. Because of Hurricane Delta, No. 17 LSU has to go on the road to play winless Missouri up in Columbia. Though it won’t make a huge difference in this game, it’s not a certain victory as it would have been in Death Valley as originally planned.

This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 54 points. This line has dropped considerably from its opening, as it had to account for the game being move from Baton Rouge to Columbia. While the Bayou Bengals dropped their SEC opener at home to an unranked Mississippi Bulldogs team as the No. 6 team, LSU went out and dismantled a Vanderbilt Commodores team with next to no offense over in Nashville. Missouri is 0-2 on the year with losses at home to the Alabama Crimson Tide and on the road to the Tennessee Volunteers.
Even though LSU is the superior team, Missouri will keep it close because of it being an early start-in Columbia. However, it will prove out over time that LSU is very much a top-25 team in the country and Mizzou is arguably the worst team in the SEC. LSU barely covers the 14.5 point spread, as this one hits on the under. LSU improves to 2-1, while Mizzou stumbles to 0-3.
