Aaron Donald has hilarious NSFW reaction after sacking Alex Smith (Video)

Alex Smith survived an Aaron Donald sack, meaning he’s fully back
Donald has two sacks on the day, with none more important and influential than when he brought down Alex Smith. Smith, who made his first professional appearance since November of 2018 when he suffered a devastating leg injury, looked serviceable after entering the game for Kyle Allen. Still, Washington doesn’t have the talent around him to contend with a defense like the Los Angeles Rams, which Smith found out the hard way when Donald landed directly on top of him.

You know Smith’s leg is strong given it could handle all of Donald’s weight on top of him. That’s no easy task for any quarterback. Donald even admired Smith’s resiliency after the play.

Donald was essentially Smith’s backpack on the play, but the veteran QB was more than fine, and remained in the game until Kyle Allen was healthy enough to return on his own accord.
What does the future hold for Alex Smith?
Smith has the experience necessary to be a legitimate starting QB option in the NFL. However, before that dream becomes a reality he must readjust to the NFL game, and that’s not going to happen without the necessary reps. Those will come in practice and, as we’ve now seen, in-game action.
Smith was thrown into actual live action far before Ron Rivera intended, but such is the life of a backup QB in the NFL. Thankfully, his leg held up against the best defensive lineman in the NFL, and even Donald came away impressed.
