Now, with the Lakers still one win away from their 17th championship in franchise history, the Heat will have to eke out another win in Sunday evening’s Game 6 as heavy underdogs against LeBron, Anthony Davis and a new starting lineup.

The Lakers are whipping out their secret weapon for Game 6, inserting Alex Caruso into the starting lineup for Dwight Howard. Howard, who is a team-worst minus-12 overall in this series, will be replaced by a fan favorite who can spread the floor and help make LA’s offense a little more potent with some extra spacing.

More importantly, however, this lineup change shifts Davis over to his true and most dangerous position, the center spot. AD has typically been hesitant about playing this position full-time due to the more physical nature of the 5, but moving him there will allow LA to better match Miami’s positional versatility and keep up with the Heat’s host of off-ball shooters and playmakers.
