DraftKings EuroLeague basketball picks October 13
We have a five-game day in DraftKings EuroLeague to start off round 3. This is a two-round week, so we start off early in the EuroLeague. We have Unfortunately, we still have some injuries to keep an eye on today. Let’s start there.
Out: Shane Larkin (Achilles), Kevin Pangos (coronavirus), Billy Baron (coronavirus), Norris Cole (contact tracing), Patricio Garino (undisclosed), Austin Hollins (coronavirus), Pierre Jackson (undisclosed), Mateusz Ponitka (undisclosed), Arturas Gudaitis (coronavirus), Joan Sastre (knee), Eleftherios Bochoridis (undisclosed), Matt Strazel (undisclosed), Vladislav Trushkin (coronavirus), Anton Pushkov (coronavirus).
Questionable: Kyle Kuric (head), Tolga Gecim (undisclosed).
Larkin now had a timetable for a return, so that’s good. We don’t have to watch the Efes news before tip. However, we do have to watch the status of the St. Petersburg and Villeurbanne games. Both teams have had coronavirus concerns, and as we saw on Friday, games might be postponed.
Friday marked the first cashing DraftKings EuroLeague lineups of the year. We are getting more of a feel for how rotations are setting up. I’m expecting to need at least 200 to takedown today’s GPP’s.
Often early in the EuroLeague season we see about ten players playing half the game. The upside on everyone is capped except for the few elites out there.
For DraftKings EuroLeague, we can’t expect 5x value like in the NBA. Most winning lineups are around 180-200 DraftKings points, which is around 3.5 – 4x value. Keep that in mind when mining for value picks.
