Fantasy Football stars & studs, Week 5: Chase Claypool rocks
Several lesser-known names emerged as fantasy stars in Week 5.
Every year surprise names emerge as stars in fantasy football and a pair of unheralded pass-catchers appear on the cusp of doing just that after remarkable displays in Week 5 of the 2020 NFL season.
The clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers always looked like being one that would produce gaudy fantasy numbers given the depth of offensive talent on the ranks of the home team.
However, it was not JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson or Zach Ertz piling on the points in the Keystone State, but two wide receivers still looking to make their way in the pros who each figure to be extremely popular waiver wire targets ahead of Week 6.

It was also a phenomenal week for a scarcely owned kicker as the Miami Dolphins pulled off an emphatic upset against the reigning NFC champion San Francisco 49ers.
Here, in this week’s edition of fantasy stars and studs, we examine the sterling performances of some lesser-known names and assess their fantasy prospects going forward.
