59. . Edge. Miami Dolphins. Gregory Rousseau. 7. player

The Miami Dolphins put an impressive whooping on the San Francisco 49ers, as Ryan Fitzpatrick played so well that the team can bring Tua Tagovailoa along at their own pace. Miami is still suffering through a tough season, and has an early pick based on their record so far, but they will pick twice in the first round next April.

With the first of two picks, they should address the edge rusher spot, bringing in a local product in Gregory Rousseau from Miami (FL). This is the best pass rusher in this draft class, and after adding talent via free agency on defense this offseason, he would join a young defensive line that already includes early picks in Christian Wilkins and Raekwon Davis.

8. player. 13. . Offensive Tackle. Los Angeles Chargers. Samuel Cosmi

The Los Angeles Chargers played in the “Drew Brees Bowl” in Week 5, as they went on the road and took on their former signal-caller and the New Orleans Saints. Since Brees was the starter, the Chargers have had a nice transition from him, to Philip Rivers, and now Justin Herbert, who looks like best quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft class so far.

Protecting Herbert is going to be priority No. 1 moving forward, so drafting Samuel Cosmi from Texas with the No. 8 overall pick makes a ton of sense. He has the size and strength to come in and protect Herbert’s blindside right away, giving him the protection he needs as he continues to grow as an NFL quarterback.

50. . Wide Receiver. Detroit Lions. Jaylen Waddle. 9. player

The Detroit Lions had their bye week in Week 5, an early-season bye week, though one that will help them get healthy as they head to Jacksonville in Week 6 to take on a very beatable Jaguars team. Quarterback Matthew Stafford and his Lions have gotten off to a 1-3 start, losing twice at home, so maybe being away from Detroit will help them try and inch their way back closer to .500.

In Stafford, the Lions still have a solid quarterback, but one who could use some more weapons around him. Drafting Jaylen Waddle from Alabama, and teaming him with the likes of T.J. Hockenson and Kenny Golladay would give Stafford good, young weapons, and help open up this offense even more.
