Nick Saban won’t coach the Alabama vs. Georgia game, but here’s how you can bet on the game, and how you can watch the SEC contest online for free.

Alabama vs. Georgia was supposed to be the SEC football game of the year and arguably the biggest college football game of the year. But then, Alabama football head coach Nick Saban tested positive for the coronavirus on Wednesday and it looks like he wouldn’t coach the game.

The Crimson Tide was a 6.5-point favorite before the diagnosis was revealed but the line has shrunk by two points. But now that Saban has produced three negative COVID tests and was cleared to coach on Saturday morning, the line could change leading up to game time.

There will be national championship implications in this game on top of SEC title implications with the loser needing to be perfect the rest of the way to have a shot at the SEC Championship Game, which then provides a pathway to the four-team playoff field.

I’m picking Alabama to win straight-up and think this will hit the over, but because Georgia has played Alabama so competitively the last two matchups, I think Georgia will keep it within a field goal, so take the points.
