8. Phillip Lindsay (DEN)

Game: Denver Broncos at New England Patriots (Sunday, 10/18, 1:00 pm EST)

Lindsay was ready to go in Week 5, but Denver’s game against New England was bumped to Week 6 because of the coronavirus. Here we are.

Lindsay’s teammate, Melvin Gordon, is in the midst of some legal antics, so Lindsay could see more carries. Plus, he’s a healthy and a supreme choice for RB2 or FLEX if your roster is flimsy.

9. Darrell Henderson (LAR)

Game: Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco 49ers (Sunday, 10/18, 8:20 pm EST)

Well, the Rams switch RB1s every week — it’s frustrating for fantasy owners. We’re hoping they have settled on Henderson as he can catch the ball out of the backfield. Last week, Henderson notched 68 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. Let’s assume that Los Angeles rides the momentum of this performance into Sunday night at San Francisco.

10. D’Ernest Johnson (CLE)

Game: Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday, 10/18, 1:00 pm EST)

Pretend Johnson is in the role of Kareem Hunt from a month ago here. Nick Chubb is hurt indefinitely, and head coach Kevin Stefanski likes to involve two versatile halfbacks in his offense. Hunt will do most of the heavy lifting, but let’s bank on Johnson to get some action in Steel City.
