2021 NFL Mock Draft: Justin Fields takes over as a franchise savior
By Brad Weiss

Zach Wilson. 29. player. 57. . Quarterback. Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears just continue to move along and win football games, as Nick Foles has this team sitting atop the NFC North. Whether or not that continues, we will see, as there are a lot of deficiencies, especially on the offensive side of the ball.
Sitting late in round one, the Bears make a move for their next franchise quarterback, as it is clear that the Mitchell Trubisky Era is over. Zach Wilson from BYU is shooting up draft boards, and would be another BYU quarterback who comes in and helps turn this franchise around.
. Defensive Lineman. Pittsburgh Steelers. Jaylen Twyman. 30. player. 55
The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the best teams in football this season, as Ben Roethlisberger is healthy and has this offense rolling. On defense, they have some of the better young players in football as well, but they still could use some help along the defensive line.
Enter Jaylen Twyman, and incredibly talented defensive lineman from Pitt that can play up and down the defensive line. He is fast and long enough to get the edge, and is a solid run stuffer, making him a first round prospect next April.
player. 30. . Cornerback. New York Jets. Asante Samuel Jr.. 31
The New York Jets are the worst team in football, and it is going to get even worse before it gets better for the fan base. They are likely to hold a fire sale this offseason, as it has already started this past week, but they do have two first round picks thanks to trading away star safety Jamal Adams.
With that pick from Seattle, who is regarded as the best team in the NFC, they help bolster their depleted secondary, adding Asante Samuel Jr. at pick No. 31. This kid comes from NFL stock, is an outstanding cover corner, and is an upgrade over any player the team currently has playing the position.
. Defensive Lineman. Tennessee Titans. Jay Tufele. 32. player. 35
Derrick Henry ran all over the Houston Texans in the Tennessee Titans Week 6 win, and they head into this weekend as one of the remaining undefeated teams. Next year, they will likely hold a late first round pick, and with the selection, I like them to get better up front on defense with USC star Jay Tufele.

It remains to be seen whether or not the Titans can keep this up, but they have a Super Bowl winning formula, and a head coach who has been there before. The Titans are a scary proposition for any team moving forward, and adding a talent like Tufele only makes them better on the defensive side of the ball.
