1. Darrell Henderson (LAR)

Game: Chicago Bears at Los Angeles Rams (Monday, 10/26, 8:15 pm EST)

The Los Angeles Rams might have just settled on Darrell Henderson as their RB1. There was a carousel for the committee frontrunner heading into the season as rookie Cam Akers is surmised to be the heir to the RB1 throne. Meanwhile, tailback Malcolm Brown remains a serviceable running back.

For now, Henderson is the man getting the touches. He’ll square off agaisnt a traditionally formidable Chicago Bears defense, but the Rams need a win. Chicago is also apt against the pass, so we predict the Rams will utilize the ground game. Go with Henderson as a bye-week fill-in.

Please also note: If Henderson is a no-go due to injury, Malcolm Brown would be your next fantasy man up.

2. Phillip Lindsay (DEN)

Game: Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos (Sunday, 10/25, 4:25 pm EST)

The Denver Broncos will not be able to topple the division rival Chiefs by throwing the ball all over the field. It’s not yet in Drew Lock’s DNA. Denver will seek to establish the run, and that entails a sizable dosage of Phillip Lindsay. Teammate Melvin Gordon is theorized to be back, but Lindsay will still be in the mix.

The Chiefs allow gobs of rushing yards — to the tune of third-worst in the league. Let’s go with Lindsay to inhabit your FLEX spot nicely.
