Late College football DFS picks October 24: Dax attack

We have a solid six game slate for our late college football DFS tournaments, but quite honestly, it should be more. I have no idea why DraftKings left off every Big Ten game, but it’s enough to make me seriously consider going back to FanDuel.

That’s not saying that we don’t still have some entertaining games on here. LSU’s defense is going to make South Carolina look even better than Auburn did. Miami gets to take on a Virginia team that looked lost last week. South Alabama gets to break the slate against a Monroe team that is near the bottom in most defensive categories.

We have the upstart Roadrunners hosting a Louisiana Tech team that has taken a step back. SMU gets to try their hand against the Cincinnati defense. For the nightcap, we have a Mormon Air Show in Provo against Texas State.

I had a good afternoon last Saturday due to several of my 20 lineups having both Brady White and Gabriel in them. I would have had a takedown if the Coxie news had come out a bit earlier. It still felt good to put together a few lineups that broke 200.

The scoring for DraftKings college football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. College football DFS scoring realizes that!
