Arizona Cardinals Quarterback Kyler Murray had to flash a smile when he saw Deandre Hopkins in a one-on-one matchup downfield versus the Seattle Seahawks.

In an intense Sunday night matchup with the undefeated Seattle Seahawks, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray found time for a quick laugh before hitting Deandre Hopkins downfield for a bomb of a touchdown. Lined up in the shotgun on 3rd & 2 in the first quarter, Murray dropped back and couldn’t believe what he saw.

Honestly, all of our lives would be easier if we got paid to throw the ball to Deandre Hopkins for a living. Murray didn’t even have to have the laces of the ball lined up for this one. Just chuck it up, Hopkins is down there somewhere, right? Right. Exactly 35 yards downfield was Hopkins, who slid within the pylon for six. Could you imagine letting such a talent slip out away from your organization? Cough, cough. Houston you are the problem.

It was just a good half of football for Kyler Murray. He put up 186 yards for 2 passing touchdowns at a 79% completion rate. The Cardinals will need a little more magic from this duo as the Seahawks almost put up 30 points in the first half. We’ll see if Murray’s mood changes or if Russell Wilson and the still-unbeaten Seahawks get the last laugh.

Next. DK Metcalf's game changing tackle. dark
