Tyreek Hill threw a ton of shade at Russell Wilson and it was amazing.

Tyreek Hill is known as one of the fastest players in the NFL. D.K. Metcalf can also be added to the list after he made one of the craziest plays ever seen last Sunday in primetime.

The Seattle Seahawks receiver showed off his Olympic speed to catch Budda Baker after a Russell Wilson interception. Hill was asked about the play and while he did give credit to Metcalf, he threw some serious shade at Wilson at the same time.

Tyreek Hill is not wrong

This is amazing. While Metcalf’s play was insane, it did only happen because Wilson threw a bad interception near the end zone. Hill’s quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, has only thrown one interception all season and only has 19 in his entire career.

The only way to compare the speed of Hill and Metcalf may be in a one-on-one race that would make for great television. The two have opposite statures and it would be thrilling to see the outcome.

Wilson had a rough night Sunday, throwing three interceptions in his team’s first loss of the entire season. He still only has six on the year, but that has created six chances for his receivers to show off their tackling abilities.

The Metcalf play will be one shown for years. He never gave up and made a tackle that prevented the opponent from scoring. That is a lesson for football players at any level. Hill not being able to make a similar play is actually a good thing because it means his quarterback rarely makes a mistake.

Next. Story of Jets passing on Patrick Mahomes is so sad. dark

The Chiefs and Seahawks are both Super Bowl contenders, so perhaps this shade can carry over into February.
