The Big Ten officials just handed three points to Penn State football shamelessly.

Penn State football got to attempt and make a 50-yard field goal because of the Big Ten officials.

It was one of the strangest plays you’ll ever see in college football. The Ohio State Buckeyes were planning to take a knee with two seconds left on a fourth-and-6. That’s what they did to hopefully take it into halftime. However, the game clock took forever to start and the zebras thought one second deserved to be on the clock. Instead of it being 21-3 Buckeyes, it became 21-6 Buckeyes.

Did Big Ten refs feel charitable or something?

Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day was talking to ESPN’s Maria Taylor before heading into the locker room with the rest of his Buckeyes players. Instead, the idiots took over and decided Penn State absolutely deserved to attempt a 50-yard field goal with one second left on the clock before halftime. It’s the dumbest thing to happen with one second on the clock since Kick Six.

Ohio State is favored to win the Big Ten this season and do so without suffering a single loss. If the Buckeyes were to drop a game this year, this would be the one: On the road at Penn State on Halloween night. Though the Nittany Lions lost last week at the Indiana Hoosiers, they are still seen as one of the 25 best teams in the country. Anything can happen on Halloween night.

If this kick comes back to Ohio State, Kevin Warren will be in even more trouble come Monday.
