Running Back: Dalvin Cook $9,300
Sometimes, it makes a lot of sense to go with the most expensive option when that option has been playing like Dalvin Cook. He put up four touchdowns on the Green Bay Packers, leading everyone in points after going into the game questionable. In six games where Cook was active this season, heās had 20+ points in four of them. The other two he had 16 and 17, so itās not like he completely fell off in his āoff weeksā.
The way the Vikings offense works, Cook is going to get his every single time. He has a touchdown in every game heās played this season. The Vikings are still trying to save their season, and everyone in that room knows the only way to get back into contention is on the back of Cook.
He wonāt get four touchdowns two weeks in a row, but Detroit is allowing 130 yards per game on the ground. Aaron Jones put up 168 yards and two touchdowns on them in Week 2. Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray combined for three touchdowns against the Lions. Even Todd Gurley was able to turn back the clock and score two touchdowns against the Lions.
This is a good matchup and itās the best running back in football right now. Obviously, $9,300 is a hefty price, but itās well worth the price of admission.
