Lewis Cine has been ejected for his hit on Kyle Pitts in their school’s rivalry game.
Georgia football’s Lewis Cine will have to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines.
In the second quarterback of the Georgia Bulldogs’ rivalry game vs. the Florida Gators, the Georgia defensive back laid a punishing hit on Florida’ star tight end Kyle Pitts on what should have been an easy completion. While Cine tried to remove his head from the equation, it was a quick review and he was promptly ejected for targeting. He looked to be shaken up on the hit himself.

Cine was ejected for the targeting hit while Pitts was taken to the locker room for further evaluation. Pitts was bloodied a bit and could have suffered a concussion as well after absorbing the nasty hit to the head and neck area.

Scary collision in Jacksonville. You knew it was bad when Trask immediately ran to try to help Cine figure out where he was.
