5. Cole Beasley (BUF)

Game: Seattle Seahawks at Buffalo Bills (Sunday, 11/8, 1:00 pm EST)

We picked Cole Beasley last week. It didn’t work out. We’re giving it a whirl once again. Beasley is a superlative supplement to Stefon Diggs. Quarterback Josh Allen is developing as a passer, so surrounding with elite pass-catchers like Beasley and Diggs props the young signal-caller up. The Seahawks surrender the most PPR points in the NFL to wide receivers. Ergo, we like Beasley.

6. Damiere Byrd (NE)

Game: New England Patriots at New York Jets (Monday, 11/9, 8:15 pm EST)

We thought the WR corps for the Patriots was lousy when Tom Brady was calling the shots. The situation is even grimmer now. Our notorious adage “the ball has to go somewhere” is in full effect. Cam Newton will probably snap out of his funk, and we cannot really doubt Bill Belichick for too long. On a whim, let’s toss Byrd into your FLEX if you have hefty byes and injuries.

7. Christian Kirk (ARI)

Game: Miami Dolphins at Arizona Cardinals (Sunday, 11/8, 4:25 pm EST)

Kirk was flying high a couple of weeks ago but then had a pedestrian performance in his last game. We predict he will bounce back at home vs. the Dolphins. DeAndre Hopkins needs a running mate — Kirk is the guy for the job. He’s young; he’s hungry. The Dolphins allow 23.4 PPR points per game to wide receivers, so let’s do this.
