A number of division leaders were pressed on Sunday but most survived.

There were barnburners in Kansas City and Arizona and a comeback in Dallas that kept the lone undefeated team in the league without a loss. It was also a big Sunday for the AFC, which captured five of the six head-to-head meetings vs. the other conference. And the weekend was capped off by an unexpected rout in Tampa.

30. . 0-8. Previous: . New York Jets. 32. team

It’s been a miserable showing for a team that has been outscored by a combined 144 points and has managed only seven offensive touchdowns in eight games. Adam Gase’s club has turned over the ball nine times and the Jets are not only dead last in the NFL in scoring but own the league’s bottom-ranked total offense and passing attack. The club has been limited to 10 or fewer points in four consecutive games and New York has already allowed 25 sacks.

52. . 1-7. Previous: . Jacksonville Jaguars. 31. team

Back after some time off, the Jaguars would be without second-year quarterback Gardener Minshew. So enter rookie signal-caller Jake Luton, who wound up throwing for 304 yards and one score – a 73-yard strike to wide receiver D.J. Chark less than a minute into the game – and also ran 13 yards for a touchdown. But he was sacked twice and did throw one interception. Make it seven straight losses for Doug Marrone’s team since a Week 1 win.

Ron Rivera’s well-rested club looked to notch another home win against a divisional rival when they hosted a Giants’ team that handed them a 20-19 loss in Week 6. It was a mistake-prone afternoon for the club, who wound up turning over the football five times by game’s end. Alex Smith replaced injured quarterback Kyle Allen and while he threw for 325 yards and one TD, he was picked off three times. Washington ran for just 37 yards on nine carries.

Los Angeles Chargers. 29. team. 13. . 2-6. Previous:

Make it nine straight losses within the division for Anthony Lynn’s team and this time around, the club only owned a three-point halftime lead before the visiting Raiders scored 17 points after intermission to hand the Bolts their sixth loss in eight games this year. Rookie Justin Herbert continued to impress as he threw for 326 yards and two scores and the team amassed 440 total yards. Keenan Allen caught nine passes for 103 yards and a touchdown.
