College football DFS picks November 17: How to handle blowouts
Are you ready for some MACtion? With it comes another Tuesday night college football DFS slate. This one is a little smaller since the Miami-Ohio and Ohio tilt got the COVID axe this week. At least we don’t have to worry about who’s starting at QB for the Redhawks, right?
So the two games we have on the slate promise to be blowouts. Kent is a big favorite over Akron and Buffalo is a monster favorite over Bowling Green as well. Anyone can tell you to play the stars. The key is going to be who goes off in a loss for the teams getting blown out. That’s mainly what we’ll try to find out.
It was a rough Saturday early on, but I had a very nice lineup in the late night to cover my entries for the week. Now the goal is to win a few more heading into Saturday.
Most offenses in the MAC run the ball well and often. That doesn’t lead to super high scores in college football DFS or otherwise. On this two game slate, the money line will barely hit triple digits.
The scoring for DraftKings college football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!
The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. College football DFS scoring realizes that!
