Can the Cardinals and Raiders sweep the Seahawks and Chiefs, respectively?

There are now only seven weeks remaining in what has been a fascinating 2020 NFL season. One team has still yet to lose and one club has yet to come up with a victory. Once again very some intriguing match-ups, including a couple of prime time rematches in Seattle and Las Vegas.

There’s also another important game in the AFC as the team with the best record in the NFL a season ago looks to avenge a stunning home playoff loss.

Thursday, Nov. 19

Arizona Cardinals (6-3) at Seattle Seahawks (6-3), 8:20 pm

Cardinals: For the second time this season, these NFC West rivals will collide in prime time. Four weeks on a Sunday night at Arizona (Week 7), Kliff Kingsbury’s club rallied for a 37-34 overtime and handed the Seahawks their first loss of 2020.

This past Sunday, the Cards railed from a 23-9 deficit and thanks to some amazing heroics from Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins, the team pulled out a 32-30 win. Back in 2018, Arizona finished dead last in the NFL in rushing, totaling just 1,342 yards on the ground (83.9 average).

Nine games into ‘20, the Cards lead the league in rushing (168.9 average) and have already amassed 1,520 yards rushing – led by Kenyan Drake (612).

Seahawks: The last time this team was swept by the Cardinals, Jim Mora Jr. was Seattle’s head coach for just one season in 2009. But the club has had bigger issues as of late and quarterback Russell Wilson has seen the pressure increase on him in more ways than one. He’s been sacked 30 times in nine contests and he’s suddenly become turnover-prone.

During the club’s 5-0 start, the nine-year pro threw 19 touchdown passes, was picked off just three times and did not lose his only fumble over that span. Carroll’s club is a mere 1-3 in its last four outings and in those games, Wilson has thrown for nine scores, served up seven interceptions and lost all three of his fumbles.
