DraftKings EuroLeague basketball picks November 20
We cap off our big week of DraftKings EuroLeague with a five game slate that is loaded. Barcelona is back on the schedule here, so that add more good players to the pool. There aren’t any more COVID concerns with Villeurbanne and Olympiacos off the market. Let’s see what kind of injuries we are dealing with here.
Out: Nando de Colo (calf), Patricio Garino (knee), Vanja Marinkovic (shoulder), Luigi Datome (undisclosed), Jeffery Taylor (ankle), Victor Claver (foot), Joan Sastre (knee), Yovel Zoosman (hamstring).
Questionable: Sam Van Rossom (knee), Fabien Causeur (illness-non COVID), Louis Olinde (groin).
This is a simple enough injury report. None of the questionable guys were really on my radar anyway. I like Van Rossom, but he will likely be limited since he has been out several weeks even if he does play.
I only ran one line and it would have been a really good one with any kind of contribution from Shelvin Mack. He and Larkin were the two guys I wasn’t worried about. So it goes sometimes.
Often in the EuroLeague season we see about ten players playing half the game. The upside on everyone is capped except for the few elites out there.
For DraftKings EuroLeague, we can’t expect 5x value like in the NBA. Most winning lineups are around 180-200 DraftKings points, which is around 3.5 – 4x value. Keep that in mind when mining for value picks.
