Fantasy Football 2020 Week 12 Rankings: Who to start and sit
As the fantasy football season dwindles, start and sit options carry more weight.
For many leagues, Week 13 marks the final week of the fantasy regular season. That makes Week 12 rankings rather important for those fighting for a final playoff spot. Hopefully, these start and sit selections can lead you to the promised land as perhaps the most exciting fantasy football regular season week since Week 1 is here. It’s Thanksgiving week.
A lot of people in the United States will be celebrating what they are thankful for on Thursday, but fantasy owners will be sweating it out as early as 12 p.m. EST as the Detroit Lions host their annual opening game on the Thanksgiving holiday vs. the Houston Texans. The games kick off earlier this week and that also strikes the following: for many, it’s also the trade deadline this week.
There’s a lot of moving parts in fantasy football usually, but this week only enhances that idea as games begin sooner, holidays kick into gear, and the time to trade has an end date.
Owners need to have players like Christian McCaffrey and Austin Ekeler either on the block or as their targets because of their likely returns to lineups in the next week or two. They will get a lot of revenue back for owners or could make a break a title run down the line for owners as well.
It’s been 11 weeks of start and sit selections by myself this far and I am thankful for all those who continue to tune in and check it out. So in this special Thanksgiving week edition, hopefully, it can lead to a lot of good times, wins, and ultimate success this week to get you into the playoffs. That would be a perfect treat for the holiday.
Here’s the start and sit choices for Week 12.
Note: Superstars like Alvin Kamara and Patrick Mahomes will not be included on this list.
