Carson Wentz is not having fun on Monday Night.

Fans can look at the 2020 season as a glass half empty or half full. If you’re Philadelphia Eagles fans, it’s always half empty for you.

Carson Wentz’s 2020 setbacks have the Eagles clinging on for dear life the NFC East and plays like this don’t make it any easier. Against the Seattle Seahawks, Jason Kelce snapped the ball a bit too soon, causing a commotion in the backfield on a fumble.

Twitter can be a great place to connect. It can also be a cruel place to trash on players. Which direction do you think fans went on Monday evening?

Twitter let Carson Wentz know his struggles

Listen, while Wentz is struggling, Kelce should be nicer to his quarterback instead of trying to take his hands off.

Then again, one mistake for Kelce is plenty for Wentz for the night

Keep in mind that Jalen Hurts did see action with the first-team offense…for all of two plays.

Fans weren’t too happy to see him get pulled only for Wentz to struggle once again.

And never forget this stat line that only proves the regression is real out in Philadelphia.

And of course, you can’t help but take a jab at the league’s favorite punching bag.

Wentz did manage to rebound off the fumble and instigate a 15-play drive that ended with a touchdown to Dallas Goedert. Overall, his numbers are horrendous even with that play, going 7-of-17 for 30 passing yards and taking three sacks.

This is also against the worst passing defense in the league right now. Does he know that? Jake Elliott missed the PAT, leading to the score being 14-6 entering the third quarter. Can Wentz and the Eagles turn it around?

At this point, don’t count on it.

Next. D.K. Metcalf and Darius Slay are fighting on Monday Night. dark
