3. Keke Coutee, Houston Texans

With Kenny Stills (quad) and Randall Cobb (toe) banged up or out, Coutee has played at least half the offensive snaps for the Texans in each of the last two games. That didn’t yielded a ton of production (four catches for 27 yards, a touchdown and a two-point conversion). But with Stills released on Friday and Fuller now done for the season, opportunity is knocking.

In two of the next three weeks the Texans will play the Indianapolis Colts, who are a top-10 fantasy defense against wide receivers. Week 14 against the Chicago Bears is a notch tougher, then after the second Colts’ game comes a soft matchup in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Coutee has had at least a 67 percent snap share in a game seven times in his career. He has had at least eight targets in four of those games, with at least five receptions and over 50 yards (double-digit fantasy points, in other words) in all four.

Simply put, the Deshaun Watson tide raises all boats. Coutee is one of the last men standing at wide receiver for the Texans, so he has suddenly become a top waiver wire add for Week 13 and the stretch run.
