For a moment, Auburn quarterback Bo Nix turned into Johnny Football.

Auburn quarterback Bo Nix has had an up-and-down career for his first two years on The Plains. His highs have been extraordinary such as his comeback win vs. Oregon and Iron Bowl win vs. Alabama last year. His lows, well, they’ve been low.

But against Texas A&M, Nix turned in one of his best singular plays when he pulled off the greatest escape act.

Nix looked like he was going to be sacked. But then, he wasn’t, and he wiggled out of the grasp of the Aggies defense and found his way into the end zone.

Bo Nix pulls off great escape

This is the type of stuff Auburn football fans want to see on a weekly basis. It hasn’t been that consistent but if Nix plays like this the rest of the game, the Tigers will have an upset over No. 5 Texas A&M and spoil their hopes of backing into the College Football Playoff.
