Alabama football has a revenge game vs. LSU and one former player wants Nick Saban to run up the score on the Tigers.

It’s not often Alabama has a revenge game but that’s the case for Saturday night’s game vs. the LSU Tigers who defeated the Crimson Tide last year en route to an undefeated national championship season.

LSU reveled in the win and wasn’t shy about boasting on the field, in the locker room and to the media about finally getting a win over Nick Saban and the Tide after years of getting bullied.

That didn’t sit well with Alabama football players past and present and one former player hopes Saban hangs 70 on LSU.

Look for Alabama to run up the score vs. LSU

Former Outland winner and Louisiana native, Cam Robinson, tweeted on Friday he hopes his former team runs up the score and tops 70 against LSU after what they did last year.

And you know what?

They just may do it.

Heisman hopeful quarterback Mac Jones could use a monster game to separate himself from other contenders like Kyle Trask and Trevor Lawrence. It’ll help that he has DeVonta Smith at receiver playing at an incredibly high level and may be the most dominant player at any position in college football this year.

Oh, and then there’s running back Najee Harris, a Heisman contender in his own right, who could run right over and around the beleaguered LSU defense.

Alabama is the No. 1 team in the nation but they can always benefit from some style points to keep themselves well out in front of the No. 2 team, Notre Dame, in the next playoff rankings.

Hanging 70 in a big win over LSU would do just that.
