On Saturday night, No. 1 Alabama will look to keep its perfect season going by taking down the defending nationals champs LSU.
While plenty of games continues to be canceled all over the country due to the coronavirus pandemic, that doesn’t look to be the case for Saturday night’s monster showdown between No. 1 Alabama and the LSU Tigers.
The two SEC powerhouses are ready to hit the field, with Nick Saban’s group entering the showdown a perfect 8-0. As for Ed Orgeron’s team, the Tigers are 3-4 this season but will have an upset on their minds. Which team will come out on top?

The Crimson Tide are monster favorites entering this tilt, as LSU is a 29.5-point underdog. Alabama has been superb thus far this season, with no team able to give them a true test through their first eight games of the year.
Quarterback Mac Jones has impressed, throwing for 23 touchdowns and only three interceptions. On the ground, former five-star signee Najee Harris has lived up to the hype, rushing for 893 yards and 17 scores.
Unfortunately for LSU, they’ve had a bit of a championship hangover with their 3-4 record. The team was expected to struggle this year after losing so many members from its 15-0 squad, of course including quarterback Joe Burrow. With Alabama looking like the clear best team in the country, we think they cover the 29.5-point spread. With plenty of points expected to be scored too, the over feels like the right move.
