If you’re in need of a running back to provide some support for your fantasy football lineup, check out adding one of these running back sleepers.

Notable hits for sleepers last week in this analysis included Latavius Murray, David Montgomery, Mike Davis, Nyheim Hines, Wayne Gallman, and Frank Gore.

It was another wonderful week for our RB sleeper picks. Overall, these six players were not heavily sought after in 2020 fantasy drafts, but they did produce a profitable Week 12 output.

So, let’s find out who could surprise the masses during Week 13.

Note: The selection of these 10 sleepers is assessed from a 10-team, PPR league perspective.

1. J.D. McKissic (WAS)

Game: Washington Football Team at Pittsburgh Steelers (Monday, 12/7, 5:00 pm EST)

The Steelers are the third-best team in the industry at bottling up running backs for fantasy purposes. Therefore, we forecast a minimal outing for RB1 Antonio Gibson. Washington will attempt to throw the ball short distances to compensate for the absence of a ground game.

Insert McKissic as a sleeper because of that. Alex Smith loves his short passes.

2. Le’Veon Bell (KC)

Game: Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs (Sunday, 12/6, 8:20 pm EST)

This selection is not to prognosticate that Bell will take over the game. That’s Patrick Mahomes’ job with a side order of Clyde Edward-Helaire. As the season progresses, though, Bell should be featured in more spots. This is can be associated with a continued, learned comfort within the Chiefs offense for Bell.

We predict Bell will tally about 50 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown.
