The New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings are all set to face off on Friday for some Christmas Day pigskin.

There’s nothing quite like Christmas-Day football, and that’s exactly what NFL fans across the country will be treated to on Friday afternoon. Week 16 is all set to get started with the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints facing off.

Drew Brees is ready to make his second start after suffering his serious ribs injury. Last week, New Orleans fell to Kansas City, but they’re hoping to get back on track against Minnesota. Who will come out on top?

What to watch for in Saints vs. Vikings in Week 16

Brees and the Saints struggled on offense last week against Kansas City. Things surely weren’t made easy for them when Michael Thomas was placed on Injured Reserve leading up to the big-time showdown.

Now, the offense and Brees will hope to do a much better job of moving the sticks against Minnesota’s defense, which will enter the game a bit banged up. The Vikings have already ruled out linebackers Troy Dye and Eric Kendricks for Friday’s matchup.

Over on offense, Kirk Cousins and Dalvin Cook will lead the way. In the Week 15 loss to the Bears, Cook rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown.
