50. . Quarterback. Detroit Lions. Zach Wilson. 7. player

The Detroit Lions are another NFC team that could be looking to make a move at quarterback next offseason, replacing veteran star Matthew Stafford. Like Matt Ryan, Stafford still has a lot of good football left in him, but the losses have been stacking up, and the franchise may want to move in a new direction.

If they do decide to move on from Stafford, Zach Wilson from BYU would be an excellent fit on this Lions football team. He is a kid who can make every throw, is strong in the pocket and looks to have a bright future at the next level.

. Cornerback. New York Giants. Patrick Surtain II. 8. player. 31

As of now, the New York Giants hold the No. 8 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, but all that could change this weekend. If the Giants can come away with the win, coupled with a Washington Football Team loss, they will win the NFC East and host a playoff game.

However, if the franchise is picking within the top-10 of the 2021 NFL Draft, they need to address the defensive backfield. Adding a player like Patrick Surtain II to the secondary to go along with newly extended Logan Ryan would be an excellent get here, as the Giants would have a formidable duo at cornerback for years to come.

Carolina Panthers. Trey Lance. 9. player. 87. . Quarterback

The Carolina Panthers are currently picking in the No. 9 overall slot next year, and with that pick, they make a long-term investment in the quarterback position. While Teddy Bridgewater still may have some good football left in him, the Panthers decide to turn the page, drafting North Dakota State star Trey Lance.

Lance is one of the more exciting prospects in this draft class and would join a Panthers offense led by do-everything running back Christian McCaffrey. Lance has the ability to make plays with his arm and his legs, and while Bridgewater could start in 2021, Lance would be the future in Carolina.
