On Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers will face off in what figures to be a fun showdown. 

Whenever the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers face off, you know there’s going to be plenty of fireworks. In one of the best rivalries in the NFC, the two teams are all set to face off on Sunday and there’s some big implications on the line for Seattle.

With a win and a Packers loss, the Seahawks could potentially take home the No. 1 seed in the NFC for the postseason. The 49ers will look to record an upset and play spoiler. Will San Francisco be able to get the job done?

What to watch in Seahawks vs. 49ers in Week 17

It goes without saying, but all eyes will be on Russell Wilson on Sunday. The superstar signal-caller is in the middle of another outstanding season for the Seahawks, as he’s got Seattle at 11-4 on the year. Thus far this campaign, Wilson has thrown for 4,031 yards and 38 touchdowns.

Meanwhile for San Francisco, they’ve been ravaged by injuries this year and a report just dropped on Sunday that they could end up moving on from Jimmy Garoppolo this offseason. They’re basically playing for pride on Sunday, but they’d surely love to ruin things a bit for their hated rivals.
