Davante Adams and Jalen Ramsey separated before Divisional matchup
By John Buhler
Davante Adams and Jalen Ramsey had to be restrained pre-game on Saturday afternoon.
Tensions were high ahead of the Green Bay Packers‘ home game vs. the Los Angeles Rams, as Packers wide receiver Davante Adams and Rams defensive back Jalen Ramsey had to be separated physically.
Ramsey has a reputation as a bit of a jawer, so him chirping at the Packers’ No. 1 receiver is a surprise to absolutely no one. What is a bit surprising is for Ramsey’s Rams to have even made it this far. They upset the division-rival Seattle Seahawks on the road Wild Card Weekend. The winner of this game gets to play in the 2020 NFC Championship Game next Sunday.

Do the Rams have a shot at upsetting the Packers in Lambeau?
For Los Angeles to win back-to-back road playoff games, they must win the turnover battle and perpetually frustrate Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Though Jared Goff has quarterbacked a team to the Super Bowl more recently than Rodgers, keep in mind that he is playing with a busted hand and in cold weather. He may do little more than be a game-manager on Saturday afternoon.
As for Green Bay, anything short of hosting the 2020 NFC Championship Game will be seen as a major failure for this team. Rodgers is not getting any younger. It is hard to get one’s head around that Green Bay has not won the NFC since 2010. Rodgers and Co. have dropped their last three games in the conference title bout. For now, they have to beat the Rams at home Saturday.
Expect Adams and Ramsey to largely decide how this game goes between the Rams and Packers.
