WWE announces changes in location, scheduling to upcoming WrestleMania events.

WWE has announced that WrestleMania 37, originally scheduled for March 28 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, has been delayed and moved — and it will be expanded to a two-day spectacle once again.

WrestleMania 37 will now take place on April 10 and 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL — the original home of WrestleMania 36 before the global coronavirus pandemic forced a move to the crowdless WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

It appears WrestleMania 37 will have fans in attendance, but ticket availability and safety protocols are still to be announced in the coming weeks.

WrestleMania 37 moving from LA to Tampa, WrestleMania 38 and 39 announced

“Florida is excited to welcome back WrestleMania to Tampa in April at Raymond James Stadium,” said Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. “Florida has continued to work with professional sports and entertainment to safely operate while generating revenue and protecting jobs. WrestleMania will bring tens of millions of dollars to the Tampa area and we look forward to hosting more sporting and entertainment events in Florida this year.”

WrestleMania 37 will now become the latest in a calendar year that WrestleMania is held. Previously, WrestleMania 34, in 2018, was held on April 8.

In addition, WWE announced that SoFi Stadium will host WrestleMania 39 on April 2, 2023. WrestleMania 38, scheduled for April 3, 2022, will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

This will mark AT&T Stadium’s second WrestleMania event, previously hosting WrestleMania 32 in 2016.

“On behalf of everyone at WWE, we thank Governor DeSantis, [Tampa] Mayor [Jane] Castor, [Arlington, TX] Mayor [Jeff] Williams and [Inglewood, CA] Mayor [James T.] Butts for their graciousness and flexibility in what was a collaborative effort to bring the next three WrestleManias to these iconic stadiums in their world-class cities,” WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon said.
