Rodarius Williams, CB, Oklahoma State

The cornerback class in the 2021 draft is top-heavy and, at this point, teams in need of a potential starter are unlikely to believe they will have a decent shot of landing one after the opening day.

Williams is one of the likely day-two picks that has the potential to change their opinion. The elder brother of Cleveland Browns cornerback Greedy Williams, he proved himself as a lockdown corner in a Big 12 conference where defense is often an alien concept.

Indeed, according to Pro Football Focus, Williams had four games in 2020 where he did not allow a single passing yard. He gave up no touchdowns in the entire season and was the only player in the Power Five to play 400 snaps and not miss a tackle.

That level of success in the passing game and in run support should intrigue NFL scouts, as should his physical gifts. Williams has the ideal size for the position at 6-feet and 180 pounds and uses his length to disrupt at the catch point.

However, evaluators in Mobile will be curious to see how Williams fares if and when he is tasked with playing press coverage, having rarely done so during his career with the Cowboys.

Next. Najee Harris and Mac Jones could be auditioning for their future teams at the Senior Bowl. dark

If he can excel in that regard during practices, Williams could be a second-round corner teams target as a potential starter at the next level.
