Buccaneers fans react to reaching Super Bowl 55.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans are ecstatic after Tom Brady and the rest of the Bucs officially secured their ticket to the Super Bowl. This will be the first time since 2003 that the team has been in the big game and the first for Bruce Arians as a head coach. The last time the team was there, Jon Gruden was Tampa Bay’s coach, and Brad Johnson was the team’s quarterback. Oh how things have changed.

This is, of course, nothing new for Brady but it will be his first time playing in the Super Bowl with his new team.

Another noteworthy tidbit is the location of the game  — Tampa Bay, FL. The Buccaneers will be the first team in NFL history to play in the Super Bowl in their home stadium. It will be interesting to see if the home field advantage is a real thing next month.

At press time it wasn’t clear who they’d be playing yet but it will be either the Kansas City Chiefs or the Buffalo Bills.
