Curt Schilling, other players snubbed as no one is inducted into 2021 MLB Hall of Fame.
The MLB Hall of Fame class was announced live MLB Network broadcast on Tuesday after a whirlwind week of speculations about who would or wouldn’t make the cut in 2021 and it was underwhelming to say the least.
No players received enough votes to be inducted in 2021.

In order to be voted into the MLB Hall of Fame, a player needs at least 75 percent votes from over 400 baseball media members. Just this morning, the highest voted player, Curt Schilling, had only 74.9 percent of the ballots leading many fans to wonder if any players would get voted in this year. He was just 16 votes short of making the cut this year.
This isn’t the first time no player was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame
This is the ninth time the Baseball Writers Association of America (BBWAA) did not vote a player into the Hall of Fame. Other years this happened were 1945, 1950, 1958, 1960, 1965, 1971, 1996, and 2013.
