College football recruiting predictions for the top 25 prospects in the Class of 2022.
With the 2021 college football recruiting class in the rear-view mirror, it’s time to look ahead to what’s next. The recruiting trail never ends and coaches are already working on getting commitments from the Class of 2022.
All eyes are now set forth on getting those commitments that will eventually lead to the signing of a letter of intent. The chase is on for the next crop of five-star recruits.
Some from the 2022 class have already made a commitment. However, a commitment can be temporary and the race can always open back up. It’s never over until a recruit signs a letter of intent.
Even then, it’s not really over with the transfer portal. The point is 2022 is the next man up and it’s time to take a look at where the very best high school football has to offer could be making their commitment next year.

Despite being undersized, Raleek Brown has all the tools to be an explosive running back on Saturday’s. The 5-foot-8 Mater Dei running back is a home run hitter and offers elite elusiveness when touching the ball.
Brown is going to be a great weapon for any offense. He has lightning speed and can catch the football with ease. His smaller frame may not allow him to be a three-down back but he’s going to be dangerous when touching the football.
As offers continue to pour in, the consensus could change for Brown. The early expert prediction seems to be leaning Oklahoma for Brown. The Sooners would be an interesting fit given their running back room and the output from running backs in the receiving game.
In 2020, running back Seth McGowan led Oklahoma backs with 201 receiving yards. Certainly, a talent like Brown would possess the ability to put up even bigger numbers potentially.
At the end of the day, it’s important to note that a lot can happen over the course of the year and while Oklahoma may be the prediction now, it could be someone else three months from. Maybe, even three weeks from now.
Prediction: Oklahoma
