The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are Super Bowl 55 Champions!
To cap off the craziest NFL season of our lives, 43-year-old Tom Brady has led his new team in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl championship in 18 years.
The Buccaneers defeated the previous Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs to the tune of 31-9. Kansas City had no answer for the vaunted Buccaneers pass rush, as Patrick Mahomes played easily his worst game as his professional. For Brady, this is Lombardi Trophy No. 7. He has now won more Super Bowls than all 32 NFL franchises. So you need to go get the gear of The GOAT.

The Buccaneers are now the first team in the NFC South to win two Super Bowl championships. Though they are tied with the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers at two Super Bowl appearances apiece, the only division rival to ever hoist a Lombardi Trophy was the 2009 New Orleans Saints. Look for Tampa Bay to have ultimate bragging rights in the division next fall.
