Vince Lombardi made a special appearance at Super Bowl 55 and Packers fans everywhere are going to love seeing it. 

While the Green Bay Packers may not be playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday, one team legend was sure to make his presence felt in a big way: Vince Lombardi. Thanks to some great technology, a hologram Lombardi was able to grace our television sets with an amazing speech.

It truly was a passionate video, as the hologram Lombardi didn’t hold back in delivering some powerful words for NFL fans across the world to enjoy.

Goodness, anyone else get goosebumps watching that clip? Lombardi was known for giving some incredible speeches as head coach of the Packers. Folks, there’s a reason the Super Bowl hardware is named the Lombardi Trophy after all.

He changed the game of football and while he may have passed away in September of 1970, there’s no chance in heck that his legacy will ever be forgotten. The NFL did a tremendous job of honoring Lombardi leading up to the Super Bowl. Again, it was a great video.

For Packers fans, it’s got to be special as well. Green Bay had Super Bowl aspirations this year, but Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers crushed those hopes by handing them a loss in the NFC Championship Game. Yet, Aaron Rodgers looks ready to return next season to try and get the team back to the big game.

Leave it to Lombardi to rep Packers nation in a tremendous way on Sunday. That video is likely going to be played millions of times over the next few weeks, with Green Bay supporters surely getting emotional while checking it out.
