The Brooklyn Nets look to end a three-game losing streak on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers.
After acquiring James Harden from the Houston Rockets, many thought that the Brooklyn Nets would become a buzzsaw against the rest of the league. That hasn’t been the case, as they are currently on a three-game losing streak. Ironically the Indiana Pacers are on a three-game skid as well.
On Wednesday, one team will officially end a streak, as the Pacers visit the Nets at the Barclay’s Center.
The Nets are coming off a brutal 122-11 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday, as the team is without star Kevin Durant, who entered the NBA’s health and safety protocol. In the game, point guard Kyrie Irving led the team with 27 points scored (12-of-28 from the field) while Harden led the way in assists with 12.
As for the Pacers, they lost 103-95 to the top-seeded Utah Jazz on Super Bowl Sunday. Forward Domantas Sabonis tallied a team-high 20 points (7-of-19 from field) and seven rebounds in the loss.
