The NFL Draft appears to be taking shape as teams get a closer look at first-round prospects.

It’s here, NFL Draft SZN.

With Tom Brady winning his seventh ring, taking home the biggest honor in the NFL, we officially turn our attention to the 2021 NFL Draft. The Jacksonville Jaguars will kick off the first round and are in desperate need of a quarterback, and luckily for them, there is a special one coming out this year.

Here is our latest 2021 NFL Mock Draft.

Trevor Lawrence. 1. player. 52. . Quarterback. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars were in the news for all the wrong reasons this past week, as they hired a controversial guy to be their director of sports performance. Chris Doyle left Iowa due to issues with player personnel, and his stay in Jacksonville did not last long, as he put in his resignation on Friday.

Turning our attention to the draft, Jacksonville holds the No. 1 overall pick, and will almost certainly draft Trevor Lawrence from Clemson. This kid is regarded as one of the better quarterback prospects in recent memory, and he heads what should be an exciting rebuild in Jacksonville.

2. player. 30. . Quarterback. New York Jets. Zach Wilson

The New York Jets are getting a lot of calls regarding quarterback Sam Darnold, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Darnold has not had the talent around him, the coaches supporting him, or the consistency in the franchise since being drafted by the Jets, and a change of scenery may be the best-case scenario for him.

With Darnold likely going, the Jets are going to have to find a replacement, and all the signs are pointing towards Zach Wilson being the No. 2 quarterback off the board. He has tremendous arm strength, is an outstanding leader, and would be a great fit to lead the next era of Jets football.

3. player. 59. . Offensive Tackle. Miami Dolphins. Penei Sewell

The Miami Dolphins could trade away both of their first-round picks to the Houston Texans for Deshaun Watson, meaning they have moved on from Tua Tagovailoa. However, if they do stay with Tua, they need to bring in some protection at pick No. 3 overall, and they do so by adding the best offensive lineman in this draft class.

Penei Sewell is going to be the first offensive lineman off the board, and he would be a perfect fit in Miami if they are going to stick with Tua. If he is the guy, they have to not only protect him but get him some weapons down the road, which they could do with their No. 18 overall pick this April.
