The Colts aren’t afraid to take big swings on big-time potential. Moore is arguably the riskiest prospect in this year’s draft class. When he was healthy at Purdue he was dominant as a wide receiver. Unfortunately, a checkered injury history is going to push him down on a lot of team’s boards.

The Colts might decide that Moore’s upside is worth the risk at No. 21. When healthy, his tape is every bit as good as Toney’s in the slot. He made some of the Big 10’s best corners look downright silly when he was on the field at Purdue.

Moore’s lack of size hinders him when it comes to making tough catches over the middle, but he’s a nightmare for opposing defensive backs when he gets the ball in his hands. That’s a huge plus for a quarterback like Wentz who needs to rebuild confidence by getting the ball out quickly in 2021.

Ultimately, Moore’s medicals will be more influential for his draft status than his collegiate tape. If the Colts are comfortable they can keep him healthy, he could turn into a game-change for them during his rookie campaign.
