Le’Veon Bell hints that something big is happening in April.

Le’Veon Bell is coming off quite the 2020 season. One year after signing a massive deal with the New York Jets, Bell was released from his contract and signed a season-long deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, he is set to become an unrestricted free agent and the new league year officially kicks off on March 17 at 4 p.m. ET.

While every pundit and fan is speculating where Bell is going to play in 2021, the running back tweeted out on Sunday night that he is “coming crazy” on April 4, with a music note emoji. Make of that what you will.

As mentioned earlier, Bell started off the 2020 season with the Jets but was not heavily involved in the offense under head coach Adam Gase. The team looked for potential trade partners but ultimately decided to release him. After officially hitting the open market, Bell chose to sign with the then-Super Bowl defending champion Chiefs.

Bell was not much of a factor in Kansas City’s offense upon arrival. In nine regular-season games with the Chiefs, Bell rushed for 254 yards and two touchdowns on 63 carries. Come playoff time, Bell logged six rushing yards on two carries in the AFC Divisional Round against the Cleveland Browns. The veteran running back missed the AFC Championship Game due to a knee injury and did not touch the ball in Super Bowl 55, where the Chiefs fell to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-9.

Where Bell plays in 2021 remains to be seen, but the running back wanted to let the world know about some news that will drop on April 4. What will it be? We will have to wait and find out.
