Seahawks fans may be able to breathe easy this weekend as the latest update out of Seattle seems to indicate he won’t be leaving town. 

Another day, another Russell Wilson update regarding the quarterback’s not-so-clear future in Seattle. But, for once, Seahawks fans are probably going to like this one. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, his sources are telling him that the Seahawks front office hasn’t engaged in any trade talks.

So, does this mean the Super Bowl-winning quarterback will take the field Week 1 for Seattle and lead the offense out onto the field?
