Raiders bring back one of their offensive linemen in Richie Incognito
The Raiders have kept one of their best linemen in Las Vegas, with the team agreeing to a new deal with veteran standout Richie Incognito.
The Las Vegas Raiders have been busy this week and things have only gotten better for them with the latest news for their offensive line. On Wednesday afternoon, veteran offensive guard Richie Incognito took to Twitter to announce he’ll be re-signing with the Raiders.
Incognito, who has been a stud in the league since his rookie campaign back in 2006, first joined the Raiders in 2019 while the organization was still back in Oakland. Now, he’ll be back for his third season with the team and the second in Sin City.

Lining up at left guard, Incognito is known for not only being a great pass-blocker, but also opening up big holes for running backs. He’ll be looked at to keep that trend going in 2021, with Derek Carr all set to try and lead Las Vegas to the postseason.
Last year, Incognito was only able to appear in two games for Jon Gruden, as he missed the majority of the season with an Achilles injury. Incognito suffered that injury in the home opener against the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 21. The hope was that he’d be able to return last fall, but he underwent season-ending surgery in late November.
Since then, Incognito has been working hard to get himself back to his best shape possible. He’s clearly done a strong job in making that happen, as the Raiders have re-signed him and are ready for him to make some big-time plays in the trenches for them from his usual left guard spot.
