San Diego Padres fans across the country are worried after superstar shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. left Tuesday’s spring training game due to injury.

With Opening Day right around the corner, some major concern has just arrived for the San Diego Padres. In a spring training tilt with Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday, star shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. appears to have hurt himself on a play he makes in his sleep.

With a groundout coming his way, Tatis Jr. fielded the ball and fired it to first. Moments later, he was walking off the field in some discomfort and had his hands on his hips. Obviously, this is not good for San Diego.
