2. Andre Drummond

Andre Drummond has had a weird 2021. He went from arguably the best player on the floor for the Cleveland Cavaliers to being benched as the team sought out trades. A trade never came, and Drummond was bought out this week.

Drummond last played Feb. 12 and was averaging 17.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game before his forced hiatus. He now looks like a top target for playoff teams all over the league.

There is a narrative surrounding the big man that he does not help his teams win. He may put up big numbers, but the Detroit Pistons and Cavaliers did not thrive with him on the floor. That may be more about those teams than him as a player.

The offense often ran through him in his two stops, and that would not be the case on a team already in playoff contention. Drummond would be relied upon to grab his rebounds and score when close to the basket. The offense would not flow through him, and he could easily get 10-12 points per game without any issue.
