If you look at Russell Wilson’s recent Twitter activity, it doesn’t look like the Seattle Seahawks superstar quarterback wants to be traded anymore.

By looking at his recents tweets, you would think Russell Wilson was having the time of his life being the franchise quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks and does not want to be traded under any circumstance.

It was only a few weeks ago that everybody and their brother was connecting Wilson to teams like the Chicago Bears in blockbuster trades. Wilson did express his frustration after how the team’s 2020 season ended.

Even though former offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer got thrown under the bus, Wilson has been ecstatic over the Seahawks’ recent moves in NFL free agency.

Just check out his tweets reacting to the latest big moves in free agency  they read like a guy happy to play with his teammates, not leave them

Russell Wilson looks to be in too good of spirits to wanted to be traded now

Whether it was running back Chris Carson being re-signed, defensive end Carlos Dunlap coming back on a new contract or defensive lineman Kerry Hyder making his was over from a division rival, Wilson was all about these series of moves on Twitter over the last few days.

He may just be being a good teammate, but it is hard to fake this kind of enthusiasm when you are truly unhappy.

Overall, Seattle will contend for a playoff spot, and probably get in annually, for as long as Wilson is in his prime as the Seahawks starting quarterback.

No matter how much head coach Pete Carroll may love his defensive personnel, Wilson is the straw that stirs the drink up in the Pacific Northwest. Unless these are well-calculated optics to initiate the contrary, Wilson seems happy.

If Wilson is excited about staying the Seahawks quarterback, then that is great news for Seattle.
