Oklahoma football head coach Lincoln Riley got destroyed for overcooking his Easter brisket.
Maybe Oklahoma football head coach Lincoln Riley should stick to smoking barbecued ribs?
Riley may be leading one of college football’s most important programs, but he, unfortunately, opened himself up to major criticism on one of the holiest days of the year: Easter Sunday. He wanted to show off the brisket he cooked for Easter dinner.
Too bad it looked drier than the Mojave Desert and tougher than a $2 steak. This will hurt him in recruiting down in Texas for sure.
Happy Easter‼️

Lincoln Riley is better at coaching football than barbecuing some brisket
There are few things Texas takes more seriously than football, and barbecue is one of them.
More like the Oklahoma Laters https://t.co/AEThkcM4kH

People saying it’s dry have never actually smoked a brisket....

If you drop your phone in water you could put it in a bag with this brisket to dry it out

Best of luck to coach Riley trying to steal some of the best high school talents The Lone Star State has to offer after cooking brisket drier than an English comedy writer’s sense of humor.

While Riley did not mess with Texas intentionally on Easter, he messed with their hearts by destroying a piece of meat worse than putting ketchup on a filet mignon. Of course, there are consequences to such egregious acts as this. If Oklahoma is unable to recruit Texas like it normally does, this is 100 percent the reason for this, and not because of Steve Sarkisian’s Austin arrival.
Jesus may have died for our sins, but that piece of meat deserved better than this awful tragedy.
